Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all SIZZ brand tags and hygiene seals are intact and undamaged.

  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 3 business days of your request.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
